# Price Settings

## You can set up an increase or decrease in prices for Online Ordering & POS together or set up separately for each using the Price Settings feature. This applies to the following four order types: Walk-in, Pick-up, Delivery & Dine-In.

#### **Follow the steps below:**

1. Login to the **[Next Order - Admin Panel](http://admin.nextorder.com.au/)**
2. Click on **Menu** \> **Price Settings**
3. On the right side you can set up the increase or decrease in prices either in dollar amount or percentage for **Walk-in, Pick-up, Delivery & Dine-In** - This would apply to Online Ordering & POS both.

   **Note:** To set up a decrease in prices for any order type, kindly ensure to put this sign " - " before the dollar amount or percentage, whichever is preferable. For Example, if you want to add a decrease in price for pickup orders the amount or percentage to be entered should be as follows: Pickup($) = -5 or Pickup(%) = -10.
   
   4\. Set up the increase or decrease in prices separately for Online Ordering & POS \> Click on the button next to **Separate Price for Online.**
   
   5\. Enter the price increase or decrease you want to set up for the order types under Online ordering & POS.
   
   6\. Checkmark the categories in **Exceptions** for which you don't want the price changes to be applied \> Click **Save.**
