Creating Vouchers for Marketing

There are three voucher types: Promotional Code, User Voucher and Discounted Items

You can create vouchers in the control panel. Just click on Add Voucher showing at the top right of this page, HERE.

Promotional Code:

  1. Enter your preferred Voucher Code. Select where it is a Discount Percentage or Discount Amount.

  2. Input the Discount Percentage or Amount.

  3. Confirm period of validity.

  4. Select whether it is for Pickup/ Delivery and Day of Availability.

  5. You can also specify if it is for new customers only or single time user.

  6. Decide if it can be used the entire day or at a specific time period only.

  7. Auto – apply voucher means that it is applicable for all orders following the previous specification without the need to enter the code.

  8. Enter Minimum Order Value and Maximum Number of Users.

User Voucher:

  1. Enter your preferred Voucher Code. Select where it is a Discount Percentage or Discount Amount.

  2. Input the Discount Percentage or Amount.

  3. Confirm period of validity.

  4. Select whether it is for Pickup/ Delivery and Day of Availability.

  5. Enter user name.

  6. Specify if it available with Special Discounts.

  7. Enter Minimum Order Value and Maximum Number of Users.

Discounted Items:

  1. Enter your preferred Voucher Code.

  2. Select whether it is for Pickup/ Delivery and Day of Availability.

  3. Choose the item category.

  4. Specify quantity and menu item.

  5. Click on Add to Voucher.

  6. Enter Discounted Price.

  7. You can also specify if it is for new customers only or single time user.

  8. Decide if it can be used the entire day or at a specific time period only.

  9. Auto – apply voucher means that it is applicable for all orders following the previous specification without the need to enter the code.

  10. Enter Minimum Order Value and Maximum Number of Users.
