# Creating Vouchers for Marketing

## Creating Vouchers for Marketing There are three voucher types: Promotional Code, User Voucher and Discounted Items

### **Steps to Create a Voucher Code:**

**Step 1: Login to Your Admin Panel**

- Begin by logging into the Admin Panel.

**Step 2: Navigate to Marketing \> Vouchers**

- Once in the Admin Panel, go to the **Marketing** section and select **Vouchers**.

**Step 3: Add a New Voucher**

- Click on the **Add Voucher** button located in the top right corner of the page.

**Step 4: Select Voucher Type**

- Choose the type of voucher you want to create: 
    - **Discount Percentage** (e.g., 10% off)
    - **Fixed Amount** (e.g., $5 off)

**Example:** For a 10% discount code valid for one month for both in-store and online orders.

**Step 5: Configure Voucher Details**

- **Voucher Code**: Enter your preferred code.
- **Discount Type**: Choose between percentage or fixed amount.
- **Validity Period**: Set the start and end dates for when the voucher can be used.
- **Applicable Orders**: Specify whether the voucher is for Pickup, Delivery, or both.
- **Day of Availability**: Select the days of the week when the voucher is valid.
- **Customer Type**: Optionally, specify if the voucher is for new customers only or single-time use.
- **Auto-Apply**: Choose whether the voucher should be automatically applied to eligible orders without entering the code.

**Example Details:**

- **Minimum Order Value:** Set a minimum order amount (e.g., $20) for the voucher to apply.
- **Maximum Number of Uses:** Limit how many times the voucher can be used (e.g., 100 uses).

**Step 6: Configure Discounted Items (Optional)**

- **Item Category**: Choose which items or categories the voucher applies to.
- **Discounted Price**: Enter the specific price or percentage discount for selected items.
- **Auto-Apply**: Optionally, set the voucher to apply automatically to the chosen items.

**Step 7: Save the Voucher**

- After entering all the details, click **Save** to finalize and activate the voucher.
